Problem: How do I develop a sustainable boutique travel company that goes beyond the traditional ideas of travel?
Tall Girl Travels (TGT) was born from the experience of living abroad as an expat and a love of travel. Often traveling for work and pleasure, Kelly noticed that there was a lot of travel services provided for those with extended time for travel, but little in the way of the local recommendations for those with limited time. As a result, Kelly began to develop a desire to create her own travel company with a niche that combined specialized knowledge of an area for those with limited time to see places.
Bouwer Consulting worked with Kelly beginning from the seed idea of starting her own business. Starting with the initial seed idea, Bouwer Consulting provided guidance as Kelly worked to develop her vision and mission for Tall Girl Travels. Additionally, helping to create target goals and steps towards meeting those goals guided Kelly into launching her boutique travel company in 2022.
